Mr Brox English Placement Test provides an online English language placement test service designed to measure users English proficiency based on the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) standards.

3. User Accounts

  • You must have a Mubarok ID account to access the test service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes.
  • Not copy, modify, or distribute test content without permission.
  • Not use automated software or methods to access the service.
  • Not share answers or test content with third parties.
  • Complete the test independently without third-party assistance.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to test questions, designs, logos, and other materials, is the property of PT Mubarokah Digital Nusantara and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

6. Certificates

  • Certificates are issued based on user test results.
  • Certificates are digital and can be downloaded upon test completion.
  • We are not responsible for third-party use of certificates.
  • Certificates do not guarantee admission to specific educational institutions.

7. Limitation of Liability

PT Mubarokah Digital Nusantara is not liable for:

  • Losses arising from the use or inability to use the service.
  • Technical disruptions or system errors beyond our control.
  • Decisions made based on test results.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated through our platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved through the competent courts in Indonesia.
